🌪️ 55% of foodservice operators were affected by #extremeweather events in 2022.
📦 42% of them experienced product supply disruptions.
5/5 💚 #Sustainability is a priority for 70% of foodservice operators, 74% of them say it will become more important in the next 5-7 years.
🤝 Foodservice operators will have aggressive #sustainabilitygoals and they are expecting their suppliers to be aligned.
