⚠️ Security Incident Notice
We have confirmed that the so-called GIWA Mainnet we previously identified was in fact a fake chain set up by scammers.
The fake network used the correct GIWA Chain ID (9134), which made it appear legitimate during our initial verification. We have also identified specific suspicious messages and individuals in the related community that may be connected to this incident.
Unfortunately, significant losses have already occurred through the fraudulent bridge.
We are taking immediate action:
• We are contacting professional security teams to conduct further on-chain tracing and investigate the addresses, transactions, and flow of funds involved.
• We are preserving all relevant evidence, including chat records, RPC information, bridge addresses, and on-chain transactions.
• We are preparing to use funds from our treasury to compensate affected users. The eligibility criteria, loss verification process, compensation scope, and detailed plan will be announced after the investigation and verification process is completed.
Until further notice, DO NOT use any unofficial GIWA Mainnet RPC, bridge, or contract, and DO NOT send funds to any related addresses.
We sincerely apologize to everyone affected by this incident.

Public-sale vesting: 50% at TGE, remaining 50% monthly over 4 months. TGE is described as Q4 2026. Pledge ≠ allocation.
Republic: eligible members can commit usable VP for a weighted draw at a slice of the sale. Completing quests alone does not book an allocation.

Looked at Jumper Private Swap on jumper.xyz — a shipped route, not a roadmap slide.
It is a selectable Private Swap path powered by Houdini (live June 18, 2026). You send from wallet A and receive in wallet B with no public one-hop link on the explorer. Houdini docs describe a two-leg route through separate venues; Jumper does not take custody.
What I treated as live: Private Swap in the Jumper UI + Houdini as the documented provider + 15+ chains listed on Jumper Learn.
What I am not claiming: Perps, or a single shared Jumper liquidity pool for every route.

@DowProtocol is trying the opposite on @BNBCHAIN: short-duration working capital for cross-border sellers, backed by actual marketplace receivables and settlement flow, not a static statement.
the vault side is simple. you lock stables. they fund merchant facilities. repayment is designed to come off the same sales path that was used to underwrite the loan, with a lock on the collection route during the credit period.
that is the only part i care about. if the data and the repayment sit on the same transaction rail, the credit is at least checking a real operating cycle instead of a pitch deck.
season 1 vault is live. not putting size in until i finish reading the lock / auto-roll terms. but the design is clearer than most “ecom rwa” labels.
