"There's nothing more humbling than trying to be a creative person. You basically feel like a failure all the time."
Nothing like those who pass judgement the most, being the ones getting pregnant before marriage, to someone 30 years older, who went to jail for fraud.
But please, tell me how I’m the one going to hell for not accepting god as my lord and savior 🙃

TBT: When I worked as a corporate lawyer in Beijing, China, I also had the opportunity to work in many other developing countries. One of the educational centers we started was in Kathmandu, Nepal.
These amazing girls braided my hair and showed me around their village. 💕
Nothing like a leader saying the only way to get promoted into a higher leadership position is by talking more.
Can ‘quiet leaders’ not be as effective (or more so) in those higher leadership positions? Must one be “outgoing and loud” to be seen as an authoritative figure?

Paul’s Legacy will live through the players and people he touched in his life, including me. I was a junior when he was a senior at Jb high school. He was someone I always looked up to highly competitive team player played hard every time out that can never be erased… Shameful

This from a school that stresses values. A slap in the face to the legacy of a great man who grew up in Burbank and help reshape athletics at Providence. Note to anyone considering being a donor to Providence - you will be erased in 25 years.
Paul Sutton was the athletic director, basketball coach, track coach and cross-country coach at Providence in Burbank. He died in 1999 at the age of 41 of cancer. The school created a memorial in the gym foyer with his photo and a plaque. Now it's been taken down. His widow, Dana, said she was told it's no longer relevant for today's students. Incredible. Imagine if Poly took Gail Goodrich's jersey down or Mater Dei removed recognition to Heisman Trophy winner John Huarte. Just embarrassing and shameful.

During my playing/coaching days at Providence, Sutton’s legacy was taught to us from day one. His story motivated me then and continues to motivate me now. It’s a shame that the current administration would throw away years of legacy with a senseless move like this.

@jefftsports Unbelievable & shameful. Coach Sutton was a terrific coach, great guy and as the Burbank High boys basketball coach from ‘93-‘95 I can 💯% say Coach Sutton was truly an outstanding ambassador for Providence & was highly respected by the coaches in the SFV & beyond.

Shame. I remember my freshman year when coach Kirsch took our PE class into the lobby to talk to us about coach Sutton and his legacy. He impacted the lives of so many.
