Huge thanks to everyone who has followed, commented, engaged, encouraged, or otherwise been a part of it.
That said, I may still post occasionally using up old content until it runs out, or just when inspiration strikes or I learn something new.
And if you’re interested, but by the time you find this the account looks like a time capsule, still DM me because I’ll still use this account to occasionally scroll X.
I know, less than ideal, but after a year and change of consistency, it’s still going quite slow.
On top of that, this is my last semester of college, so I’d rather have more time to enjoy it and focus on other priorities.
I finished a program awhile back.
And for once I didn’t instantly fill the time.
Consider:
There may not be any hacks
to make you less stressed.
Sometimes you just have to
end the program, and
not add anything else.
Three things about habits:
- the best ones depend on your situation
- it make take time to find them
- when you find them, lock them in
You have many challenges.
Ambition. Family. Responsibilities.
Don’t worry if discipline isn’t perfect.
It grows as you navigate each challenge.
Someone in your family has to turn it around.
Someone has to break the generational curses.
If you want it to be you, you have to ask what that person would do on a Saturday.
Take it easy and chill?
Unlikely…

This is a recurring thought for me.
It's like my mind is programmed to complain, yet everything in my environment points to something to be grateful for.
I relapsed a while back.
I re-downloaded a videogame.
You know, “just to see if the progress was still there.”
It was🥹
“Restoring will replace the current game with the cloud version from 6 years ago”
Deleted it right after.
You have to know your weaknesses, haha
How to systemize your morning:
1. Choose a time to get up daily
2. Choose a few 10-minute habits
3. Commit to doing it long-term.
Do you take pride in your system?
If you don’t care, it’s hard to stick
with it when things get tough.
Review your goals first thing in the morning.
It used to drive me crazy when I would forget things I claimed to care so much about.
Want to get ahead?
No one sticks to their schedule 24/7.
I’m not saying I recommend it.
But it’s an opportunity
for the right person
and the right situation.
