I would just like to point out as well that having your call centre just say "use the service online or just call us back later" rather than giving an option to have someone call me back is barbaric, especially considering that I did nothing wrong.

a van with 4 or so PCs in it you could use that special radar dish wifi thing and have a competition with huge amounts of ping between the two locations and test LAN games with big pings or something too great idea, the best.
