Pending home sales in the US have moved down to their lowest level on record, falling below the prior low from April 2020 (a month where much of US economy was shut down). The housing market is essentially frozen.

We are launching 🚀 in Wisconsin, expanding in Indiana and BACK in Michigan as we speak. Our September outpaced the market massively, with closed sides UP 38.3% year over year, new listings taken UP 11.4% & closed volume INCREASING 55.1% (while the Chicago Association of Realtors recorded a 6.4% DECLINE in units sold & inventory DOWN 19.4% the same period).
And last but not least, we’ve now surpassed $6.5 million in residual bonuses generated by our office group, and will reach $6.6 million by the end of the fall. We aren’t perfect, but always looking to raise the bar. 💯 JOIN US!
