ALT So going into tonight's fixture for WHITCHURCH ALPORT, our opponents are currently on some historic run. Because RUNCORN TOWN have yet to lose not one single away league game of 2026. In fact, they haven't yet lost a league game at all this year. The last time I recall RUNCORN TOWN losing a match goes back to Saturday 16th August 2025, exactly 1 year and 1 day ago since they previously lost a league game. As such, I believe last season saw RUNCORN TOWN proceeding to complete their league season without so much as losing a single away league game. And to this day this year they have yet to do so. The last time RUNCORN TOWN last suffered an away league defeat goes back to Saturday 5th April 2025, which if I am correct dates exactly 498 days to this day. In other words, it has been over 1 year and 4 months and 12 days if not 73 weeks and 3 days since they last suffered an away league defeat. So then, could my WHITCHURCH ALPORT boys be the one to end that historic run tonight!?
ALT Well going into tonight's fixture, WHITCHURCH ALPORT is my home and always will be. But as we all know, there are some other local teams I can watch whenever my team are not always playing at home or if they do an away game I've already done in the past. In this case, RUNCORN TOWN are one such local team I do sometimes see. I've actually seen them 3 times in total, and like WHITCHURCH ALPORT themselves, they appreciate all the support and entertainment and atmopshere that I can deliver. The fact that both teams can show me just as much and even more respect than SHREWSBURY TOWN at times is why I am so invested in both teams and this fixture. But then here is another thing, RUNCORN TOWN are currently unbeaten in 18 league away games - having not lost one in 2026 and last enduring this since Saturday 4th April 2025. It is also exactly one year and one day since RUNCORN TOWN last lost a league match, back home on Saturday 15th August 2026. So, could WHITCHURCH ALPORT end all that?

ALT Hello there, famous football youtubing legends. I speak on behalf of my local football team, Whitchurch Alport, and our league competitors Runcorn Town. If anybody is looking to do a non-league football match, whether it is for groundhopping and you wish to cross it off the list OR just prefer non-league football than the Premier League (which is looking rather tame nowadays if you ask me) OR for self-preservation however, then why not come along for this much-anticapated fixture in the Midlands Premier League. WHITCHURCH ALPORT versus RUNCORN TOWN This for me is one fixture which is unmissable and in the highest level of anticapated football fixtures for me, especially when it comes to grassroots or non-league football. So fill free to come along if anybody is interested in this fixture. DATE = Monday 17th August 2026 TIME = 7:45pm Kick-Off ADD = SY13 1PG
