Hey @AJMHealthcare, why do you think it’s okay to leave someone with damaged parts to their wheelchair and refuse to come and repair it while they’re admitted in a mental health hospital. I’m needing multiple repairs now but you won’t fix it until I’m discharged.
Ugh I’ve so had enough of the system now and nobody listening to me or helping me and I’m just going around in circles. I just wanna go and finish what I started but nooo they had to section me.

Most of us have endured medical trauma.
ERs are not equipped to deal with complex chronic illness & will often make a bad situation worse.
We can’t “just” go to the hospital.

Disabled people are under constant attack and I’m tired.
This week I’ve seen people call for disabled people to be pushed deeper into poverty, locked up in institutions, starved into work, or to be wiped out.
The bigots get unlimited air time.
Who is standing up for disabled people?
I’ll never stop talking about disability rights. But organisations, celebs and politicians need to step up too. We can’t do this alone.

There are perisex cis women who experience period cramps even after their uterus and ovaries are fully removed. Period cramps aren’t just caused by the uterus and ovaries, it’s the hormones themselves too 🤦🏽♀️ So yes, trans folks on estrogen can experience period cramps.
