£50,000. One entrepreneur. One business idea.
From 1 January 2027, I’m considering investing £50,000 in someone with a genuinely viable business idea.
Here’s the challenge:
You’ve got access to £50k in start-up capital. What business would you launch, how would you spend the money, who are your customers, and how would you make it profitable?
This is an equity investment, not a grant or a loan. In return for the capital, I’d expect a percentage ownership of the business, negotiated according to the strength of the proposal.
No buzzwords, fantasy valuations or get-rich-quick schemes. I want ambition, commercial realism and a sensible route to profitability.
This is a social experiment for now, but if the right person comes forward with the right idea, I’m genuinely open to investing.
£50,000 on the table. What’s your business idea, and what percentage would you offer an investor?
Go. 👇

Hi Nik, well explained above.
Question; we can't sack the playing staff obviously, so the Manager has to go. If it was your decision right now, who are you bringing in to replace MC and why? Not a trick question by the way, just interested in honest opinion.
I’m 50 next month and this is so true 🤣🤣
I now have the means to do all those things I wanted to in my 20’s but couldn’t afford.
Midlife crisis in-bound
Buckle up fuckers, here comes the sports car, double denim and frosted tips 🤣🤣
