The second we get either subq or oral cerebrolysin I'm buying a lifetime supply. The needles are too nasty though.
Can we take a second to thank Gerhart Harrer for creating a pharmaceutical masterpiece?
Brain fog? Cerebrolysin
Concussion? Cerebrolysin
Stim tolerance? Cerebrolysin
Couldnt sleep? Cerebrolysin
Neuroinflammation? Cerebrolysin
No creativity? Cerebrolysin
There isnt a single scenario where my brain gets damaged and i wouldnt reach for cerebrolysin.
The single greatest nootropic ever created.
A good set of college football head coach contract criteria. No more 100% buyots would clearly make sense. And the potential of falling to a zero buyout is needed.
Replying to @Johnubacon
Exactly... I have designed and negotiated contracts for 20 years and I keep wondering who designs these contracts. It is insanely easy to design a performance based contract that would pay a coach very little should let not meet certain standards. They have literally failed at their job and you designed a contract that requires a school to pay them to fail? What?
The problem is coaches and athletic directors, in many cases are on the same side and have similar interests. Schools do not really look out for the interests of the "school" or the students who pay a tuition to attend the school and who actually fund the school.
Easy goals they need to meet... Bowl eligibility (6+ wins). Minimum conference win percentage (e.g., .500 over a rolling two-year window). No consecutive losing seasons after Year 2. Program-specific targets: rivalry record, division/conference title appearance, or a CFP game.
Performance-triggered buyout reduction: each missed benchmark cuts the buyout by a set percentage, and missing two or more drops it to zero or a small fixed amount.
Declining buyout schedule: the buyout falls every year instead of staying at the full remaining value.
Cap: limit the buyout to 50–60% of remaining salary, never 100%.
Mitigation and offset: payments stop or shrink once the coach takes another job, and the coach must actively seek one.
Monthly payout, not a lump sum, so offset is easy to enforce.
And if a coach won't agree to the terms clearly they don't believe that they can win.

Jackson had the same spine injury that left Christopher Reeves paralyzed for life. He fully recovered, stunning the world
His mom’s secret? DMSO—a simple compound vets use for spinal injuries the FDA won’t approve. But that’s not the only “incurable” neurological disorder DMSO helps.
Approximately 2000 studies support DMSO's use for conditions ranging from Alzheimer's and Parkinson's to strokes, MS, ALS, chronic pain, neuropathy, depression, epilepsy, and Down syndrome, and a physician who began treating his patients with it estimates roughly 80% of what people see neurologists for goes away with DMSO.🧵

🚨 THE FRUIT SCIENTISTS SAY COULD HELP FIGHT CANCER...
What if a simple plum is hiding an incredible health secret?
Research suggests that natural polyphenols in plums may help trigger apoptosis—the process that allows damaged or cancer cells to destroy themselves. While plums are not a cure for cancer, they are packed with antioxidants, fiber, and nutrients that support overall health.
Sometimes the most powerful foods are the ones we overlook.

The Russian research on Semax in humans is promising.
In a 2020 study, 52 healthy adults took a single nasal dose of Semax, Selank or a placebo, assigned at random. Their brains were scanned before, 5 and 20 minutes after.
The MRI scans showed both peptides changed how the amygdala (a key region for the regulation of anxiety) connects with the temporal cortex, compared to placebo.
Semax had a stronger effect than Selank. The authors think that may be down to the bigger dose.
An earlier study from the same Moscow group found that part of the brain's default mode network (the network active at rest) was bigger in the Semax group in comparison with controls.
When I looked at the research, it sounded pretty similar to what I'd been noticing.

A powerful look at holistic healing and an unconventional approach to treating c@ncer using a sodium bicarbonate wrap—a method claimed to offer incredible results without the harsh side effects often associated with traditional treatments.
This approach focuses on the body's innate ability to heal, demonstrating the preparation and application of this remedy and emphasizing that knowledge like this is meant to be shared for the greater good. Could simple, accessible ingredients be the key to transformative health?

90% got their energy back IN 28 DAYS. Most felt it within days.
Effects lasted A MONTH after they stopped taking it.
Russian athletes got caught with it at the 1996 Olympics. They got their medals back. Then it got banned.
I take it every morning lol. It's called Bromantane. Not medical advice.

100% Cancer Remission Achieved in ALL Patients in Groundbreaking Study
Dr. Andrea Cercek, one of the lead researchers, said:
“It’s absolutely incredible ... We’ve certainly never seen this before.”
All 12 patients experienced complete rectal cancer remission after receiving dostarlimab, a monoclonal antibody.
This particular monoclonal antibody achieved 100% cancer remission without chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, or the toxic side effects that come with such therapies.
The authors wrote:
“All 12 patients (100%; 95% confidence interval) had a clinical complete response, with no evidence of tumor on magnetic resonance imaging ... and no cases of progression or recurrence had been reported during follow-up (range, 6 to 25 months after treatment). No adverse events of grade 3 or higher have been reported.”
How does this monoclonal antibody actually work?
Dr. Cercek explained that it essentially unlocks the body’s ability to heal itself.

Russia approved a nasal spray that REPAIRS THE BRAIN in 1994. The West STILL hasn't heard of it.
It's called Semax.
Your brain needs a protein called BDNF to keep building connections. Bad sleep and inflammation drop it.
That's why you felt sharper at 20. That's why you reread the same paragraph three times.
in one Russian study, tired people took it after 8-hour shifts. The next morning they got 71% right on a memory test. The group that didn't take it got 41%.
In rats it triples the signal the brain uses to make BDNF. (PMID: 16996037)
Russia keeps it on their essential drugs list with insulin. In 110 stroke patients it kept blood BDNF up for months. (PMID: 29798983)
I use it before deep work. I'm not telling you to. Outside Russia it's sold as a research chemical.
here they'd just give you Adderall lol.
If your focus is worse every year, it won't fix itself.

Researchers gave office workers who lived under LEDs a 60W incandescent desk lamp. Two weeks later, every one of them had their color vision improve by 25%.
In 2022, the government banned those bulbs for "wasting" energy.
But that "waste" is actually one of the most important nutrients our bodies depend upon, and the improvement lasted for weeks after the lamps were taken away (while nothing changed in the controls).
Decades of forgotten research show the artificial light we replaced it with is a root cause of many inexplicable illnesses (e.g., insomnia, obesity, cancer, and hyperactivity in children).
Here I show what that research found and why Senator Mike Lee’s bill to bring these bulbs back, which has now cleared a Senate committee, matters.🧵

They took the blood of a patient who died from endotoxemia and injected it to rats, the endotoxin killed 100% of them.
Then they took that blood, filtered it with activated charcoal and injected it into rats.
NONE of them died.
Activated charcoal binds and deactivates LPS.
Weak gut barrier allows endotoxin to enter your blood.
Once they're in they activate basically EVERY inflammatory mediator and nuke testosterone production by destroying the mitochondria of Leydig cells and activating aromatase.
restoring gut health and fixing the barrier is the biggest lever to pull for more testosterone, energy, focus and libido, it is a root cause.
