In case anyone needs to know @Airbnb's Flexible Cancellation Policy (refund process) in full for the next time you decide to book through them:
Update for the Update: Same answer.
(1/3) @Airbnb will not give me a service fee refund even though I am well within the Free Cancellation period that states I am allowed a full refund. Only now, the coupon is valid for bookings in 2021 as long as I use them by Dec 30, 2020.

"I wanted to put some of that money towards charities and giving back to the community.
I'm glad I am able to do so in the city I've come to know and love, and to the beneficiaries that mean so much to our team." - @_EPettersson

Last night, Canada honoured me with a Governor General's Award and this video. I'm not crying. It's just maple syrup. @stevenpage is a friend and legend for wasting this amazing song on me. Thank you to Her Excellency, @GGCanada, Mary Simon. #GGAwards @CanadasNAC I'm a wreck.
