@ArkActAssn @NFHSNetwork not sure whose responsibility it is, but I just paid 15 bucks to watch the 6A volleyball state tournament game, Southside vs. Bryant, and we can’t get the schools right.
To make matters worse I have to look at “Bentonville” which specifically sucks.
Extremely rough draft and AI explanation of wBPPA.
Used an article @tangotiger sent me for help and inspiration. Ironically he sent me the article to tell me this has been done before, and it's not worth it.
I'm having fun and that's what matters.

I present to you my personal hitting metric:
BPPA (Bases Per Plate Appearance)
It simply answers the question, how many bases do you obtain each time you step to the plate?
Total Bases+SB+BB+HBP-CS-K-GIDP)/ Plate Appearances.
Here's the top 25 compared to wOBA. (A thread)
@Harding_Base @RazorbackBSB when are we going to man up and schedule the game?
The people are begging for it.
Literally everyone is talking about it.
I wrote this 20 years ago, and I make a point to share it every time I come across it.
I think it’s an important reminder for today’s youth.
