To our $LTNC shareholders:
I want to address misinformation circulating regarding the ownership of Xing Tea.
At no time did any member of LTNC's Board of Directors personally own any percentage of the Xing Tea trademarks or intellectual property. Nor did LTNC relinquish control or assign ownership of these assets to any individual, including any board member.
The confusion appears to stem from the company that entered into an agreement to acquire Xing Tea but subsequently failed to fulfill its contractual payment obligations. The proposed transaction was based on a valuation performed by independent third-party accountants.
LTNC maintains its ownership position through its subsidiary, Illumination IP, LLC, and we are taking appropriate measures to fortify, protect, and preserve our intellectual property rights.
Regarding Adios Spirits, our position remains firm. Any proposed transaction, regardless of size, must meaningfully recognize LTNC's ownership and contractual interests and deliver appropriate value. We will not entertain token ownership percentages or inadequate financial consideration simply to facilitate a deal.
Our creditors, significant investors, and shareholders have substantial interests in these assets. Their perspectives and legal rights deserve serious consideration in any decision affecting the company's future.
Our responsibility is to protect shareholder value, not surrender it.
