Hearing the cha-chings on my phone every 4-5 minutes, enough to make a grown man cry.. 😭 I’ve spent MONTHS looking at other people’s record sales days. Days 37–40/100. Last few days: $3,749 sales. $1,520 ads. +$1,149 profit. 2.47 ROAS. 30.65% margins. Grateful. But spend is still stuck around $500/day. I've definitely found the winner. But, I can’t afford to scale it properly. We launched expecting 25–45 to be our audience. The early age breakdown made it look like 55+ and 65+ were actually buying. So I rebuilt the PDP for them. CVR tanked. Reverted to the OG page. CVR came straight back. After digging through the data properly, 35–45 is driving the most sales and the most profit. We’ve found the angle. We’ve found the ad producing the most purchases and profit. The bottleneck isn’t performance. It’s working capital. And every business credit card in Australia wants 12 months of trading history plus tax returns. Another $5k of float and I believe I could really send this thing. The product works. The offer works. The ad works. I just need more bullets. Leave it with me boys. We make it happen. Love all my dawgs! ✊❤️‍🔥

Day 37/100 Road to $100k. I doubled the budget (bc I’m not gay). Meta didn’t spend another $1 for like 6 hours. Then dumped the ENTIRE budget in a two-hour window lmao. $1,195 sales. $444 ads. +$397 profit. 18 orders. 2.69 ROAS. 33.18% margin. CVR has held since I reverted to the OG offer. Ad account’s warmed up again and optimising. We had a rough couple weeks boys, ngl.. Checkout broke. Internet went down. Theme got locked. All expensive lessons. But lessons none the less. I tried to CRO my way around a cash-flow problem. It cost me weeks... I’m feeling behind. But with margins back where they started, I can start scaling again with some confidence. Volume is the game. Yo, someone ban me from my own PDP. 🙏 10.83% CVR held allll day. No listicle. No presell. Straight from the ad to the pdp. 1 in 10 are literally buying. I need a password lock on this thing ASAP. Lemme jus change a few things first.

Day 35/100. ARE WE FKN BACK?! $1,254 sales. $462 ads. 17 orders. 2.72 ROAS. +$440 profit. 35% margins. Today I reverted to the OG offer. CVR recovered. Margins recovered. Profit recovered. WE BACK BOYS! Turns out my best CRO move this week was undoing my CRO ahahaha. The OG offer is staying. I won’t be touching the PDP for a while. 🫣🤥 I’m going to double down on what actually moves the needle. Creative diversity. Customer acquisition. More angles. The support on X has gone crazy too. Day 34/100 $1,100 sales. $550 ads. 16 orders. 2.00 ROAS. $236 profit. 21.43% margin. I’ve been sitting around this same level lately. Roughly $1,100 days. Roughly 2 ROAS. Roughly 20% margins. I was convinced I could improve CVR by changing the offer and messing with the PDP. The AOV climbed. The conversion rate got fucking murdered. Expensive mistake? Absolutely. But I had to test it to learn it. I can’t become so emotionally attached to an outcome I don't split test stuff. I have to learn. Even if it's painful. Right now, I can only add around $50–$100 in daily spend at a time. Meta gets paid immediately. COGS get paid immediately. Shopify payouts arrive three days later. Cash flow puts a speed limit on scale pretty quickly ahahaha. I’ve also been spreading myself far too thin trying to create cash flow elsewhere so I can run more ads. Realistically, I should be doubling down on the cash flow stream already sitting in front of me. No excuses. It’s always a skill issue. I’m exactly where I am because of my last 100 decisions. Every decision compounds. So does distraction. Still uncomfortable posting this when the numbers aren’t climbing. But I said I’d show the actual journey, not only the screenshots that make me look smart. Day 34. Back to doubling down on what already works. Love all my boys. We out here.

Day 31. Lowkey haven't wanted to post. Simply because $1k days haven't felt worth posting.. $1,361 sales. $733 ads. 19 orders. $250 profit. 18.37% margin. Thirty-one days ago, I would’ve lost my absolute minddd seeing that dashboard! Now I’m watching 18-year-olds hit $10k days and feel soo behind ahahaha. Comparison really is the thief of joy. The internet moves the goalpost so quickly that yesterday’s dream literally feels like today’s failure. I should be so much further ahead. The other thing nobody put in the YouTube videos. How much f*cking capital it takes to scale. That part definitely got left out.. Meta gets paid now. Suppliers get paid now. Fulfilment gets paid now. Shopify puts you on Afterpay for your own f*cking money.. 😂😂 “Just scale the winner” sounds elite until cash flow is literally the final boss. But we’re still green. Another $1k+ day on the board. And I know exactly what the next bottleneck is. We’ll get there boys. We keep grinding. We keep learning. We keep balling. Love all my dawgs. ✊
