RE-INTRODUCING
Pharm. (Dr.) Sobur Shinaola Muhammad, mPSN; Pharm.D (Ilorin)
At exactly 11:42AM today, 29th October, 2026, having taken the sacred Pharmacist's Oath, I was declared a Pharmacist (Pharm.D) by the Registrar of the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (@PCN_Registry), Pharm. Ibrahim Babashehu Ahmed (fPSN, FPCPharm, FCAI), at the University of Ilorin Auditorium, and declared an inducted member, Pharmacist Society of Nigeria (PSN).
I present myself to the world of pharmacy for service to humanity, for progress, and for endless success.
He operated an open-door constituency engagement and interaction in all four LGAs, he resides with his constituents, and he was accountable. He will do more.
Let us not gamble with our future. Let us continue with proven capacity.
It is about ensuring that Osogbo as the capital gets its full federal due, that Olorunda gets its urban infrastructure, and that Irepodun and Orolu are no longer treated as peripheral.
GANGARIA has experience, he is competent, educated, versatile, connected and accessible.
He will not be a sleeping representative; he has proven to be a lobbying machine.
A CALL FOR CONTINUITY
My good people of Irepodun, Orolu, Olorunda and Osogbo — this election is not about trying a new person. It is about consolidating the good work we have all seen.
5. Continuity of Infrastructure Drive:
Roads, rural electrification, potable water — the lobbying has started and some have been attracted. Re-electing him ensures these projects are completed and new ones are initiated.
4. Continuity of Educational and Health Revolution:
He has started facilitating federal educational interventions, classroom construction, scholarships and ICT centres. He has initiated primary health centre construction. Second term means completion and more.
GANGARIA understands this. His market intervention program is not sectional, it is all-encompassing. For continuity and expansion, his second-term agenda will focus more on trade support grants and modern market infrastructure for all our market women.
Many of our graduates have been facilitated into federal employment. A second term will allow him to scale this from hundreds to thousands.
3. Continued Support for Women and Market Economy - No Market Left Behind:
Our mothers are the backbone of our economy.
His blueprint on youth empowerment is already working — from digital banking trainings, agricultural empowerment and different categories of vocational training for Osogbo youths, to artisan support schemes for Irepodun and Orolu.
If we re-elect him, we will have ranking advantage, more committee influence, and greater capacity to attract federal projects. Continuity brings seniority, and seniority brings dividends.
2. Consolidation of Youth Empowerment and Job Creation:
GANGARIA has moved from being a first-timer to becoming a strong voice in the Green Chamber. He has sponsored people-oriented bills, moved strategic motions, and lobbied for our share in the national budget.
The effective representation we yearned for is here. And now is the time to protect it, sustain it, and expand it. This is not the time to start afresh. This is the time for CONTINUITY.
WHY GANGARIA DESERVES A SECOND TERM?
1. From Representation to Effective Representation:
That story changed when you, the good people, entrusted GANGARIA with the mandate. In his first term, he did not go to Abuja to wear agbada and forget home. He went to Abuja to bring Abuja back home.
Today, the evidence is clear.
Orolu, Olorunda and Osogbo remains the most strategically located and one of the most populated. It is the heart of Osun.
For years, we suffered from federal absence. We had representatives, but not representation.
