For my Real Estate minded folk, here is great way to use Muse to find and underwrite real estate deals. It runs every Monday morning at 9a and finds real estate deals that match the criteria found in the book 📕 “Real Estate by the numbers.”

Here you go. It then asked what email addresses, phone numbers, and other data points I wanted scrubbed or removed from the internet. It then got back to me with a summary and a weekly touchpoint of where I stand with the data brokers.
Another thought: have Muse track every delayed or bad airline experience and automatically open a ticket with the respective airline and request miles or credit for compensation. I'm now 3 for 3 in a month. In some cases getting back more than I paid for items.

Currently I send it a screenshot from my phone and upload it to the app with all of the unknown phone numbers that have tried to contact me. I am still in full control of the process. Muse is just doing the tracking and logging for me so that I can build a proper case if I choose to pursue any legal remedies.
