Much gratitude for this important, exciting conversation on militant women, our history, leadership, and mothering. (If you missed this one, there will be one more book talk in NY, The Rodeo, Brooklyn 7M, Nov 9, with Tongo Eisen-Martin in the "interlocutor's seat")

The head of the Zionist genocide colony is showing fake photos of Arabs voting in order to scare Jewish Master Race members into going out and voting. This evil regime is more irredeemable than apartheid South Africa's.

“I was released today after about four and a half months of detention.” Dr. Mazen al-Rantisi, a 71-year-old physician from Ramallah known across the West Bank as “the doctor of the poor,” speaks with a fresh wound on his face, inflicted half an hour before his release on October 25, 2026. He says a jailer dragged him to the release room handcuffed behind his back, shackled at the legs and blindfolded, then shoved and kicked him to the ground. Israeli occupation forces seized al-Rantisi from his home in the al-Tireh neighbourhood of Ramallah in June without announcing any reason, and his daughter says he lost around 25 kilograms in their prisons.
He describes Nafha prison as overrun with scabies, affecting nearly 80 percent of the Palestinian hostages held there, with almost no medicine given. When prisoners beg the passing nurse for treatment, he says, they are cursed at, mocked and ridiculed, and he was taunted for taking the chronic medication a court had ordered he receive. He calls on international human rights organisations to intervene, saying Palestinian hostages are beaten and punished at the whim of their jailers with no oversight or accountability.

💢 Child Jouri Islam al-Soufi, 7 years old, was killed Monday when an Israeli strike hit tents sheltering displaced families in al-Mawasi, west of Khan Younis, according to Gaza's Civil Defense.
She is among at least seven Palestinians killed so far Monday. Israeli attacks killed eight and wounded 30 the day before.
Israel has killed more than 1,560 Palestinians since the October 2025 ceasefire, according to data from the Health Ministry.

If genocidal monster Eisenkot wins, it will be a huge opportunity for Western barbarism and its official media to whitewash the
entity and fully erase its ongoing genocide from view. That’s why I much prefer “Israel” to be led by an indicted war criminal. I hope Israeli Jewish voters will agree and come out strong for Netanyahu!
The BBC’s Middle East correspondent frames the Israeli elections as Netanyahu against “leftist” and “centrist” figures like Eisenkot, whom she describes as “softly spoken” and “lowkey”.
What she leaves out is that he’s a former general and the architect of the Dahiyeh Doctrine, which calls for disproportionate force and deliberate targeting of civilians and their infrastructure.
In what world is that left wing?

And this is why we should reject the tendency to frame anti-imperialist solidarity through the lens of self-interest. This argument, that foreign military intervention/violence should be opposed simply because it diverts public funds from domestic healthcare or social programs, is rooted in social-chauvinism.

this vile goblin represents the soul of israel in its truest form. he is israel, and the international community gave him the greenlight to do this to Palestinian hostages. the hostages no one talks about. we are witnessing the purest embodiment of evil unfolding before our eyes.

“We’re students. We came here to learn, to rebuild the country they destroyed, and they followed us here too.” An Israeli occupation drone fired on a group of students inside the campus of the Islamic University in Gaza City on Sunday morning, as they gathered near the university’s western gate between lectures. At least five students were wounded, some critically, and they were rushed to Al-Saraya field hospital and Al-Shifa. Shrapnel tore across the campus, damaging a building and the cars parked nearby, and the university suspended all classes for the day.
Gaza’s Ministry of Education called it a new crime against education. The Islamic University is one of the universities the Israeli occupation bombed to rubble during the genocide, and its students have been studying among the ruins since the ceasefire, trying to finish degrees the war interrupted. In June 2025, a UN Commission of Inquiry found that Israeli attacks on educational facilities in Gaza amounted to war crimes. Six Palestinians were killed across Gaza on Sunday, as fears grow that the occupation will escalate further ahead of Israel’s elections on October 27.
