Today’s hitting drills were focused on generating more power and explosiveness through my swing. In the circle, I worked on improving my stability and arm whip to become more consistent and efficient with my pitches. @RogueFC_Voak @BWolvesSoftball @GATA_Training @LeslieEddins @LineDsoftball @MaxPreps

My main focuses in the gym have been building strength, improving flexibility, and becoming more explosive. Every workout is another opportunity to get better and prepare for what’s ahead. Excited to compete with my high school team at STATE next week! Time to finish strong! @BWolvesSoftball @RogueFC_Voak @LeslieEddins #statebound

I’ve been focusing on improving my balance, stability, and explosiveness so I can become stronger and more controlled in my movements. Working on being able to stay balanced while producing power and moving explosively, which will help me both in the circle and at the plate. @RogueFC_Voak @LeslieEddins

Putting in the work as we get ready for school ball playoffs! Excited to compete with my team and finish our season strong. Also getting ready to start my fall travel season with my new teammates!
