I’ve been doing this for almost 3 years, made 6 figures, what you should know: - SMALL businesses will NOT pay you 2k to be their AI guy - you CAN extract 2-3k value with a bunch of automations - you want to be aiming for 3-10M/year businesses - you need clarity with business owner and clear ROI - they do not care about AI - some of their employees will be resistant to the change - do NOT AUTOMATE SALES - they just need more leads and speed to lead Ask me more questions. Gurus yapping on podcasts are delusional.
CHRIS CAMILLO JUST LAID OUT HOW TO MAKE $500,000 A YEAR AS AN "AI GUY" FOR LOCAL BUSINESSES His blueprint: 1. Walk into any HVAC, plumbing, or sprinkler business. 2. Ask where they're leaking money. 3. Build them an AI agent that answers after-hours calls, sends instant texts, and gets quotes out in real time. 4. Integrate it with their CRM for free. 5. Charge them $2K-$3K/month to be their "AI guy." Repeat across 10-20 businesses. "There are people right now doing this."

If I could have Opus 5.5* in the backend of Grok Bots, it would be the best AI assistant hands down, the end. *I mean the original good Opus 5.5, not the quantised version they released today, rip
Do people still use Openclaw and Hermes? I found the constant maintenance isn't worth it anymore when Grokbot just works out of the box.

Grok Bot is a BANGER! This month I handed 7 boring admin jobs to Grok Bot assistants. Inbox, call recaps, travel, prospect research, and more. What worked, what still needs me, and the 1 rule that keeps it safe. Bookmark this:

What I learned after 10 weeks of using Grok Bot: Give each assistant one job. A single assistant that does everything does nothing well. Let them read and draft freely. but send, pay, and delete need my yes. The hours I got back: about 5-7 a week.

The real win is that my head is free for the work only I can do: clients, talks, and ideas. Which boring job would you hand off first? Bookmark this so you can set your Grok Bot team this weekend. Let me know in the comments who are YOUR Grok Bots

The internet is under attack today here's what to check in your company before Monday: Every AI tool your team connected this year holds a key to your business. like ChatGPT workspace, Zapier flows, the agent that drafts emails, the assistant that reads your drive. each one is a door and most companies have no idea how many doors they've opened. What changed AI can now find weak spots in software and break in on its own, for about $50 a break-in. This week brought a PHP flaw that touches most websites, a cloud platform warning that customers' secret keys may have been accessed, and US banks finding AI agents inside customer accounts that they can't identify. Attackers only need one way in and small companies like yours are the easiest targets because nobody is watching. Your real risk is not some genius hacker. It's the API key someone pasted into a chat in March, the agent with permission to send email from the CEO's account, and the integration an ex-contractor set up and nobody removed. I've trained 10,000+ people on AI and tested 500+ tools in the last 3 years. The pattern I often see is that teams connect fast and never audit! this is what we now do in month 1 of working together here's my 30-minute check - List every AI tool connected to email, the drive, the CRM, or payments. - ask your team, because they've connected more than you think. - Rotate every API key that was ever pasted into a chat, a doc, or a Slack message. - Remove any access nobody has used in 30 days, including old contractors' and tools you stopped paying for. - Require a human yes before any agent sends, pays, or deletes. Read and draft is fine. Act needs approval. - Turn on two-step login NOW for every admin account, starting with email. - Ask whoever runs your website whether it's patched for the PHP flaw. Get a yes or a date to fix this week What to tell your team today "Quick security check: this week, please don't paste passwords or API keys into any AI tool, and send me a list of every AI app you've connected to work accounts. If anyone asks you for a login code by phone, text, or email, it's a scam. Hang up and tell me." before panicking: AI still makes your team faster, so don't rip it out. Just treat every connection like you'd treat a new hire with keys to the office. Know who has access, to what, and why. Send this to whoever set up the AI tools in your company, DM me if you need help or the AI safety audit.
hey can someone make a list of things all normal people should do based on what's going on with the vulnerabilities and the state of cyber security.

I gave 21 Grok Bot agents $169 to manage my day and make my life and business better weird experiment, here's what happened: I, Alex, the human, woke up with one question today: Can I just let agents run my day and stop using my brain? so I went and used my favorite AI tool currently: Grok Bots, from .@xai Step 1: I made a critical mistake because the bots were only focusing on making my work better but that doesn't mean my life is better. I want you to start thinking about your life in terms of quality of time, energy, and activities, and not just money. AND as a videogame :) So here's what the bots cooked with $169 for my next 24 hours: The win condition The day counts as a win if all 4 are true at shutdown: - Main quest done. the 1 thing that actually moves the business. - 2 of 3 side quests done. The backlog stuff that nags me. my 53skills site missing its last few weeks of entries is a perfect example. - Hard stop kept. Laptop closed at the time I set. - I rate the day 8/10 or higher. Every completed quest goes into a Quest Log as XP. The day itself is the boss fight. now the $169 rule Every dollar has to buy reach or buy back time. (Grok proposes, I pay) "I’d start with around $100 to boost whichever post performs best, and $69 to remove a task from your day (a freelancer, a delivery, anything that hands back an hour)." If nothing earns the spend, it stays unspent. That’s a valid result too. now how the day runs, according to AI: > Night before, 20:00: I scan your calendar, recent calls and open quests, then propose the quest board. You approve it in 5 minutes. > 07:30 morning brief: today’s quests, prep for each meeting, and what I’ll work on while you focus. > Morning: main quest. I build in parallel, you only do the parts that need your judgment. > 12:00 check-in: scoreboard plus the first batch of approvals. Afternoon: call recaps and action items after. Side quests. > 17:00 check-in: spend decision Shutdown: scorecard, XP, my rating, and tomorrow’s top 3. --- I do not like this. It is very capable. It is much better than what it used to be last year but I'm realizing one thing: nobody actually needs all these AI agents. What you want is just stuff to get done, whether that is just one Grok Bot, the new Claude Duet, or Dot ChatGPT. No one truly wants agents. You just want the stuff to get done and increase the quality of YOUR human life. I think AI currently manages to do like 40% of that although to be fair, my work is creative and knowledge-based, with nuanced decisions. I'm not exactly making kebabs. I actually have to train daily teams of at least 20 people how to put AI to work and sometimes I do these weird AI experiments :) Do you agree with how AI runs my day? le me know your thoughts

If this works, Anthropic won the AI agent game. Opus 5.5 in its current form is perfect. And the truth is no one needs 500 agents, you just need stuff to be done. If an AI Claude grandma is doing it, I don’t care, as long as it works and doesn’t cost $55 per prompt.
We’re opening a research preview of Claude Duet, a new app where Claude works as a proactive agent. It comes to you with what needs your attention, completes tasks you ask of it, keeps working when you step away, and checks with you before it acts on your behalf.

Grok Bot has the best agent UX on the market It also has no "new chat" button and that's quietly eating your usage 2 of my B2B clients hit the same wall this month... after 2 months of daily use, bots now carry too much history and every prompt burns usage every reply rereads the entire conversation. My 3 workarounds until it's fixed (I don't love them): 1. Context + Clone Ask the Bot to write everything it knows to a file. Right-click → Duplicate, give the bot copy that file, pause the old one's routines and hide or delete it 2. Cut routine frequency. Every 15 min = 672 runs a week. Weekdays at 8:00 = 5. 3. Keep state in a file, not the chat. my daily content picks or news go in a Google Sheet, not a thread that grows context and costs. Do you know other ways to start a fresh chat in Grok Bot? .@xai a "new chat" button would fix most of this. Elon pls? product is a banger
