The myth that more people voting will help one or the other party is wildly not true or based on fact. Yet everyone believes it will help elect politicians in their party. I read this and hear this every election cycle. I hear paid pundits and politicians say it. It’s not true.

They will appeal this and it won’t ever be paid. People will still use Facebook and Instagram too. Suckers.

I believe two things right now. Removing all republicans from Congress is a good thing. I also believe Dems will do absolutely nothing to hold republicans or Trump accountable if they are elected. They will still treat them like this is all normal.

Nonvoters don’t automatically belong to either party. They include Democrats who dislike their candidate, Republicans who dislike theirs, independents, people who distrust both parties, and people who face barriers to voting. Neither party owns their votes. 2/7
