I’m reading the ORIGINAL 21 “Conan the Barbarian” stories by Robert Howard from the 1930s. Mostly excellent and underrated. These would make great films, especially “Red Nails” IF THEY KEPT TO THE TEXTS and didn’t girl-boss the narratives. I’m writing my own Nephilim epic novel series about Methuselah and Noah before flood and using the “ancient epoch” tradition of Howard as inspiration. I also recommend ER Burroughs “John Carter Barsoom” series.

'Pop. 1280' by Jim Thompson Story about a small town sheriff who wants to do nothing but take bribes and get laid. Then, it goes off the rails. Might be the best Jim Thompson novel I have read.

I was talking with a friend about this yesterday. It’s literally unfathomable to me that someone would prefer to live somewhere not walkable just to have a bigger “nicer” house. Even with kids. I just cannot wrap my head around making the trade off of having to get in your car to do anything

#LongFlorida The players fought a wizard with a hundred eyes and took his staff. The staff makes those it strikes grow eyes. Players asked if there was a genital version. There is now. Not sure where to put it yet.
