""Are there no boundaries on what you can say, when you can say it, who you can say it to?" Ardis asked." No, you censorious douche.
Needs a hole drilled in the neck for accuracy.

My man looks like he's preceded by someone yelling "cover your drinks" whenever he enters a room.
Because fuck you, you fascist whore.
Your grandfather didn't fight the fucking Nazis just so you could suck fascist cock.
Pissant politician suing people for reporting facts from the public record.
Enjoy paying their legal fees, you fuck.
I’ve been asked a lot of questions about the letters I sent to Gabi Finlayson at Elevate Strategies, Uriah Kennedy and Ingrid Bettridge with the God and Country Podcast and Tina Cannon. I’m sharing the letters here (link below) so people can read them directly and have the facts.
All I want is for the lies to stop. For months, false statements have been repeatedly spread about me despite the facts and the public record, showing a reckless disregard for the truth with the intent of damaging my reputation and causing tremendous harm to my family. I agree that “Public debate is healthy. False accusations are not.” This is about setting the record straight.
I want them to respond to the letters, correct the record, apologize for the lies and stop using attacks on me as a smokescreen to cover their lies.

So @KurtSchlichter (noted racist and general ballsac) is such a coward he locks down his comments and replies.
The world will be a better place the second he gargles muzzle flash.
His attorneys aren't very good, because if they were they would know that he wasn't indicted because he was charged via a complaint, and then waived the probable cause hearing.
CHAUVIN ISN'T DONE: Derek Chauvin has filed his THIRD attempt to overturn his murder conviction in the George Floyd case, and his lawyers are now attacking the legitimacy of the prosecution itself.
His attorneys want the conviction vacated and the charges dismissed. They argue Gov. Tim Walz improperly handed the prosecution to Attorney General Keith Ellison, that Chauvin was never indicted by a grand jury and that those alleged violations deprived the court of jurisdiction.
Chauvin's case is back in the national conversation after Elon Musk publicly called Chauvin “unjustly convicted” and said “he is not a murderer.”
Chauvin's third challenge is officially underway. Watch this one closely.

Two men have hated each other for years. They see each other in a gas station. They both draw their guns and start shooting.
The jury is told they cannot find the defendant justified if it is mutual combat.
They are not told they MUST acquit of murder.
Here's the brief:

Today I learned Mike Lee's father was a famously smart and effective advocate who probably never paternity tested his children.
Rex E. Lee, 37th Solicitor General of the United States, argued 30 cases before the U.S. Supreme Court while serving under President Reagan — winning 23 of them.
Over his full legal career, he argued an astonishing 59 cases before the nation's highest court.
His son, Senator Mike Lee, is making his old man proud.
Thank you @BasedMikeLee 🤝🇺🇸

The explode most of the time, he didn't invent satellite Internet.
Literally everything he's famous for either someone else came up with, or is actually a failure.
History's first trillionaire is a guy who catches rockets out of the sky with chopsticks and beams internet to every dead zone on the planet.
Same guy ships cars that drive themselves, humanoid robots for the factory floor, brain chips that let paralyzed people move a cursor with pure thought, and an AI running on a supercomputer his team stood up in months instead of years.
And the people crashing out about his net worth are doing it on the app he owns. The same app governments spent years trying to censor.
You cannot legislate a rocket into orbit.

California Is Blocking a Federal Audit of Its Voter Rolls
California allows first-time voters to register using forms of ID that most Americans would find surprising, including:
-Gym membership card
-Employer ID card
-Credit or debit card
-Prescription drug label
-Insurance card (California provides free health coverage to undocumented immigrants)
Full list: sos.ca.gov/elections/hava-id…
This is permitted when a voter fails to provide a Social Security number or driver’s license at registration. Our office believes this policy deserves a closer look.
We also have serious concerns about how California maintains its voter rolls. There are open questions about whether the state is promptly removing deceased voters, people who have moved, and individuals convicted of disqualifying felonies.
On top of that, California allows third parties to collect and turn in ballots on voters’ behalf (a practice known as ballot harvesting) with few restrictions. This makes it difficult to track who actually received, completed, and submitted each ballot.
For over a year, the Department of Justice has been trying to audit California’s voter rolls. Federal law gives the Attorney General the authority to review state voter files and confirm that only eligible U.S. citizens are voting in federal elections.
@AAGDhillon sent California a letter explaining our legal authority. California refused to comply, claiming state privacy laws block the review, an argument that does not hold up because those laws don’t apply to the federal government in this context. We’ve sued California in federal court, and the case is before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
If California genuinely wants voters to trust its elections, it should open its records, not fight to keep them closed.
What are they afraid of?

"He wasn’t charged because he was gone"
That doesn't make any sense
- They brought the indictment while he was in El Salvador
- That doesn't explain the failure to charge between November 30, 2022 and until his unlawful deportation on March 15, 2025
This is an Obama “judge” claiming Abrego wouldn’t have been charged had he not been ordered to be returned, and instead of that being a totally self-evident point, the judge treats it as if it somehow justifies dismissing the charges. He wasn’t charged because he was gone. But once it was ordered that he be returned, the reason for not charging him no longer existed.

Don't forget re USCIS rule change: the Biden admin is responsible for overturning 2022 9th Circuit decision holding US citizens have a due process interest in their spouses' visa adjudication through the consular process! We won @ CA9 & Biden got SCOTUS right-wing to side w him.
