The van has Indiana dog (Humane Society) plates LS895

The owner’s phone was in the van but the theives threw it out of the van at 1545 W Homer

If you are in the Chicago area, please keep your eyes peeled for this van. Was stolen from dropoff in Lincoln Park this morning with 8 dogs still in it. CPD is searching but any help would be much appreciated.

For the F2 Round, South + West adds up to 86.1% and East + Midwest is 113.8%. They should each be 100% since those regions match up with each other in the Final 4.
