Official Statement Regarding the Unauthorized Disclosure of Notanote Source Code We have recently become aware that a former member of the Notanote development team, previously serving in a programming role, has unlawfully disclosed and distributed the project's source code in QQ group chats. The individual gained access to the source code solely through their position within the development team. Such conduct constitutes a serious breach of professional ethics and confidentiality obligations, as well as an infringement of intellectual property rights. The Notanote Public Relations Team hereby issues the following official statement: 1. Ownership of Intellectual Property All source code, technical documentation, and related derivative works of the Notanote project have been developed under the organization and supervision of the project team. All associated intellectual property rights and confidentiality interests belong exclusively to the project team. The former member was granted access to these confidential assets solely for the purpose of fulfilling their development responsibilities and holds no right to disclose, distribute, license, or reuse any part of them without authorization. 2. Evidence Preservation and Legal Action We have completed comprehensive evidence preservation regarding this source code leak. The identity of the party responsible for the disclosure, the channels through which the source code was distributed, and the extent of its dissemination have all been investigated, verified, and documented. We will firmly pursue legal action to protect our legitimate rights and interests and hold the responsible parties accountable for intellectual property infringement and breaches of contractual obligations. 3. Demand for Immediate Cessation of Infringement We hereby demand that all individuals involved in the unauthorized distribution or possession of the leaked source code immediately cease all infringing activities and delete all related files and distribution links. For any party that refuses to cease such activities or continues to maliciously distribute the source code, we will pursue all available legal remedies under applicable law and hold them fully accountable.
