In 3 games, this is the first time Luigi’s sucked up King Boo face-first instead of by the tail
and Luigi initially flinching, but then consciously choosing to look KB directly in the eyes while taking him down is a #1 moment of all time
That’d also explain why technically speaking the CD special stages are the most “normal.” Sonic can move near freely in them. Perhaps the stones retreated into the big rings into familiar places to escape the ufo’s, and they’re essentially hiding until you destroy them.
Not sayin I've seen anyone doing this but I think it's nice to see how other people may interpret "3d sonic" based off older art and crap, so people shouldn't try and critique the model by saying, "this model looks bad, fix it by not combining the back and head quills like that."

My theory before chapter 5 comes out is that this is teasing that the focus character of the start of the chapter depends on the route, like how whether Kris hears Susie talk to herself or gets a call about Noelle is dependent on the route.

Story shift implies that at some point the story shifted in a direction that was irreversible but this story just sorta feels like “alternative type of role swap” story when you look at it at a glance. Basically I’m saying Role shift or smth would’ve been a better name.
I’m starting to think the reason they don’t want the government involved is because they know if they do, CK would be taken away, and they might not get as many viewers. Just a hunch. Either way:
