What do you think happens when you have the scarcest liquid asset the world has ever seen….
And an event happens that makes a portion of it less likely to hit the open market?
Same as it ever was.. buy the blood and in ten years laugh about it over beers with your boys.

Removing the VM makes this impossible. Only @moduluszk is doing this.
The Binance $5.6B drain is a masterclass in modern EVM exploitation.
It wasn't a complex logic bug. It was an EIP-7702 delegation hijack:
1. Setup: Attacker funds 0x7c86 via Tornado Cash, deploys a sweep contract (0x63e8), and runs three live dry-runs on external wallets.
2. Execution: Attacker submits an EIP-7702 batch with 50 pre-signed authorizations (nonce n to n+49) to hit Binance 14's moving nonce window.
3. One authorization hits. Instantly, Binance 14 (an EOA) is reprogrammed to run the attacker's contract bytecode.
4. Execution looks totally organic: Binance 14 sweeps itself clean. Internal threshold alerts don't trigger because, from the nodes' perspective, the hot wallet is just executing its own transaction.
5. Binance 16 immediately auto-refills 28,000 ETH due to automated treasury rebalance scripts, feeding the exploit loop.
The cold truth: you cannot forge an EIP-7702 delegation list.
For this to execute, the attacker already held the raw private key or unconstrained signing access to Binance 14's HSM/KMS.
But hey, 5.64 billion drained across ETH, BTC, and Tron. 2.54 billion frozen by Tether, Circle, Ripple, and World Liberty within hours.
Code is law until the stablecoin admin keys log in.
Binance got bailed out by the very centralized choke points the cypherpunks warned you about.
Hardware wallets leak your home address.
Centralized exchanges leak the keys to the kingdom.
Self-custody on native, non-delegated chains remains the only honest baseline.
At least you know what to avoid.

Everyone worried about AI hacking crypto, but the internet and banking systems rely on weaker encryption.
That said, AI doesn’t need to break Bitcoin’s cryptography to cause damage, leaked data already enables more phishing, social engineering, etc,
Stay SAFU!

People - the debt will be inflated away but not all stores of wealth will be accessible to you. IMF paper documents the whole incoming regime of Financial Repression. You may see a balance in your brokerage or bank, but you will not be able to spend it.
Overview
The Western governments owe $100 trillions of dollars of debt. They can never pay this debt. They have no choice but to inflate it away as they did after the World Wars. This goes for all Western governments. First understand the basic mechanism of money supply expansion, QE.
Quantitive Easing or QE is a term used often but understood by very few.
It is simply the central bank (or Federal Reserve in the US) buying bad debt from other government debt holders. It can be called debt monetization and is mostly called “money printing”.
QE increases the size of the central bank (Feds) Balance Sheet.
But why does this cause inflation? Why do they call this inflating the debt away?
The answer is because prices go up because more money is bidding for the same goods and services so the price of these goods and services bids up.
The people pay for the debt with inflation and Financial Repression locks them from accessing the inflated assets.
The IMF just released their new paper “The Coming Great Repression”.
This is Financial Repression and its coming fast.
The governments will lock all exits from the fiat dollar/euro/yen systems then inflate the supplies to monetize the debt.
The early years before the events will be an attack on self sovereign assets and anything that shields wealth from government control.
The main stream media never even reported on this paper.
There will be an attack on Western citizen wealth.
Self Custody crypto and physical gold are the only lifeboats for wealth preservation under this incoming regime.
Look for more self custody FUD campaigns and more pressure to move to controlled custodial solutions behind “logins”.
There will be capital controls and guard rails around regulated custodial stores of value (banks, money markets, stocks and brokers) so you will not be able to withdraw or use your wealth even though you technically can see it.
This has begun in the UK and is rolling out towards 2030.
Remember just because you can see your bank balance does not mean you can spend it. That is Financial Repression an its a high probability outcome according to the IMF.
Hedge now into self custody L1 network stake and Bitcoin.
Not ETFs. Not treasury companies. Self custody.

Every major zkVM (RISC Zero, SP1, etc.) still forces you to write code → compile to a VM → emulate that VM inside a circuit → then prove the circuit.
zkFOL deletes the middle steps.
It compiles first-order logic straight into polynomials. No bytecode. No virtual machine. No execution layer. The rule you write is the rule that gets proved.
Same machine.
Same fib(10,000) claim. Same algorithm:
zkFOL: 4.82 ms | 49.8 KB proof | <10 MB memory
RISC Zero: 3.69 s | 210 KB | 312 MB
SP1: up to 49 s | 1+ MB | up to 17 GB
That’s not incremental. That’s three orders of magnitude on hardware you already own with privacy as a free byproduct instead of an expensive extra layer.
Everyone else is still emulating a computer inside a proof system. zkFOL stopped.

Request for review: zkFOL, a direct arithmetisation of first-order logic, now public.
@ModulusZK compiles application rules written as first-order logic predicates straight to polynomial constraints. There is no bytecode and no zkVM. A state transition is accepted only with a proof that the predicate holds. The contract is the specification; a rule that cannot be proved does not execute.
The implementation is the construction in Murdoch J. Gabbay’s ePrint 2024/954, “Arithmetisation of computation via polynomial semantics for first-order logic”: truth maps to 0, conjunction and universal quantification to addition, disjunction and existential quantification to multiplication, with no encoding into an abstract machine.
Public material:
• Repo: github.com/zkFOL/zkfol/
• Draft: github.com/zkFOL/zkfol/bl…
• Docs: docs.moduluszk.io
The published desktop-CPU comparison, fib(10,000) by fast doubling against RISC Zero 3.0.5 and SP1 6.3.1, is 4.82 ms and under 10 MB versus 3.69–49.24 s and 312 MB–17 GB. Those figures are ours. They have not been independently reproduced.
What we want is a technical review, not an endorsement. In particular: soundness of the shallow translation outside the finite models in the paper, the compiler from predicate to constraint system, the commitment scheme and any setup assumption, and a rerun of the fib benchmark.
If you review proof systems or polynomial commitments, a written objection is as useful as a confirmation. Repo, draft, and ePrint are linked above.

I wasn’t going to comment since this is a really bad take IMO, but since it’s taken off I feel the need to. To my understanding, there is no evidence whatsoever pointing to a break of decades old hardness assumptions like elliptic curve cryptography. 1/n
Today I call upon the blockchain industry to calmly begin planning for "bunker mode". My personal recommendation is to set in motion a controlled mass migration of assets to fresh addresses, i.e. addresses whose pubkeys remain hidden behind a hash.
Holders, starting with large and sophisticated ones, should consider moving the bulk of their funds to addresses that have never signed a transaction. And when they do sign one, they should also move remaining funds to a new address (possibly generated from the same seed phrase).
Don't rush. While I believe there is cause for action a rushed migration would do more harm than good. Don't panic either. Moving assets to protected addresses is a simple, preventative step which does not require new cryptography or new wallets.
IMO it is now reasonable to brace for the possibility that ECDSA breaks before qday, in the worst case in months not years. By "break" I mean fast private key recovery (e.g. in one week) on available hardware (e.g. a large GPU cluster).
Recent days have been humbling for human mathematical intuition. Long-held, unquestioned hypotheses have fallen. This includes the n log(n) bound for integer multiplication and the 3SUM conjecture. In hindsight, May's unexpected disproof of the Erdős unit distance conjecture was our warning shot.
Yesterday's OpenAI drop made it clear that mathematical superintelligence is upon us. They say there are weeks where decades happen. We are about to live through weeks where centuries of mathematical progress happen. Could our magic 64-byte ECDSA signatures be too good to be true? Was it just security through obscurity all this time?
Elliptic curves feel especially vulnerable to superintelligence. Curves carry rich structure, with room for fancy tricks like Schoof, Frobenius, pairings. (By contrast, hashes are designed to minimise algebraic structure.)
Separately, as Ewin Tang can attest, an efficient quantum algorithm sometimes foreshadows an efficient classical one. We should be open to the possibility of a classical counterpart to Shor that breaks elliptic curves and RSA at once.
Also noteworthy is the striking under-representation of cryptographic breakthroughs among the 722 mathematical results OpenAI published. I've witnessed first-hand the US government censoring academic quantum cryptanalysis results. Backroom interventionism is my base case.
I urge large, sophisticated actors to lead by example. Project11's "risq list" (bitcoin-risq-list.projecteleven[.]com) is a great tracker of exposed BTC pubkeys. Binance, Bitbank, Robinhood, Bitfinex, and Tether have an opportunity to harden their cold storage. Next month I'll address institutions in London in a live Q&A (forum.ethereuminstitutional[.]org/london-2026).
Again, please do not rush. Wallets holding under 50 BTC enjoy partial cover from "Satoshi's shield", i.e. his 20K exposed addresses that hold 50 BTC each. Load-bearing signers like oracles and L2 security councils should consider rotating ECDSA pubkeys with every signed message and/or multi-signing with a hash-based schemes like SPHINCS.
Exiting bunker mode safely will require post-AI cryptography. My inclination is to go all-in on hash-based cryptography and avoid structured mathematical assumptions entirely, whether from curves, lattices, or isogenies. A single battle-tested hash (e.g. from the SHA or BLAKE families) yields plausible post-AI security.
The Ethereum roadmap on strawmap[.]org fully embraces hash-based cryptography with end-to-end formal verification as a response to the quantum threat. Those timelines must now be revisited and accelerated in light of mathematical superintelligence. I'll be pushing for maximum defensive acceleration.

Modulus is being rebuilt as an L1. Contracts are first-order logic predicates, enforced with ZK proofs. No bytecode & no VM. This can solve every smart contract level exploit in existence.
Currently updating website, docs & deciding what we want to make public on GitHub.

ZEC alone isn’t the full answer. Opt in privacy still leaves gaps against AI-scale tracking. Pair Zcash’s proven shielded pools with @ModulusZK FOL-powered ZK & you get something much stronger. Real privacy + practical scalability.
That combo will actually be a powerhouse.
Every wave of technological change brings new privacy risks. This time, AI is the threat. $ZEC is the response.
Wave 1: 1970s. Computers digitized records and automated financial systems.
Wave 2: 1990s. Rise of the internet brought concerns of online identities.
Wave 3: Today, AI can track financial activity at scale.
$ZEC shielded transactions were designed for exactly this. Read more: grayscale.com/the-stack/zcas…

let celebrities put the laser eyes back on
let my mom text me asking if it's too late (it is for her)
let "this time is different" be true just this one time
let this last for more than a few months

and in one final holy moment
let me be gone
