I am certain everyone has got the wrong idea about the fire accident. Cash doesn't think highly of Blitzø, hence him not rethinking twice selling his son to Paimon. I think he accused Blitzø of setting the circus on fire out of jealousy over Fizzarolli (since Cash favors Fizz).
