🙏माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, वित्त मंत्री जी, RBI, वित्त मंत्रालय, उपभोक्ता मंत्रालय एवं देश के सभी जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों से हाथ जोड़कर विनम्र अनुरोध है कि Ring और Kissht जैसे लोन ऐप्स तथा उनके लेंडिंग पार्टनर्स की कार्यप्रणाली की निष्पक्ष जाँच करवाई जाए।
यदि कहीं भी अवैध वसूली, नियमों का उल्लंघन, अनुचित ब्याज, छिपे हुए चार्ज या ग्राहकों को मानसिक रूप से परेशान करने जैसी गतिविधियाँ पाई जाती हैं, तो उनके खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाए।
लोन लेने वाला हर व्यक्ति अपराधी नहीं होता। आर्थिक परेशानी में फँसे लोगों को डर और मानसिक तनाव नहीं, बल्कि उचित समाधान मिलना चाहिए।
🙏 कृपया ऐसे मामलों पर ध्यान दें, नियमों का सख्ती से पालन करवाएँ और आम नागरिकों को न्याय दिलाएँ।
हमारी माँग है – अवैध वसूली और नियमों के उल्लंघन पर रोक लगे, दोषियों पर कार्रवाई हो और जरूरतमंद कर्जदारों को न्याय मिले।

🚨 🚨 SLICE LOAN RECOVERY | BORROWER ALLEGES FAMILY HARASSMENT
Anagani Vamsi Krishna from Eluru, Andhra Pradesh, has approached us alleging that people claiming to recover his Slice loan dues have been calling his relatives for the past two weeks.
Documents shared with us show loan activity dating back to October 2023.
A Slice-branded repayment email demands ₹47,899.77, including ₹28,219.03 in late fees and charges.
Vamsi says relatives have questioned him about his loan after receiving calls.
Questions for @RBI and Slice (@slicebank @slice_cares ) :
Are the callers authorised recovery agents?
How were his relatives’ numbers obtained?
Were his contacts accessed or shared without appropriate consent?
Are the recovery charges correctly calculated and disclosed?
Will the lender investigate the alleged harassment?
RBI rules prohibit recovery-related harassment and intrusion into relatives’ privacy.
We have reviewed the borrower’s documents and obtained his consent to report his account. The alleged callers’ identities and contact-data source remain unverified. Slice’s response is awaited.
