So this morning was fun. Only 30 days with my new 16" MacBook Pro and I dumped coffee ALL OVER the palm rest and keyboard. Talk about gut wrenching! 🤦‍♂️ No Apple Store near me, so they wanted me to take it to GEEK SQUAD. We all know my opinion on that. LOL HARD PASS! So I tore it apart, pulled the board and battery, and cleaned it up myself. We’re back up and running! Yes, I have AppleCare+. Apparently I also have trust issues and a screwdriver. 😂 What would you have done? @Big_E @ArtsGrizz @Spookyknife_

OK, this is something the community needs to hear about. @Kick @Svntvmvriv @KICKEthan, with all the complaints about KPP cuts, this adds insult to injury. My KPP went from $20 - 60 per hour to less than $1.00 I haven’t said a word publicly because, honestly, it’s extra free money for my charity and I appreciate it. But you offer multi-streaming feature and keep pushing us to grow on other platforms, YOUR WORDS- then require us to go BACK into the settings AFTER going live to turn it on. Tonight, my second $4 for a 4 hour stream "SORRY 2.00 stream after 50/50 for mulit stream was withheld because I forgot that step again. Also no one came by to remind me like in the past but I own that. Here’s a common sense fix: MAKE THE MULTI-STREAM OPTION AVAILABLE BEFORE WE GO LIVE. IN THE DESCRIPTION EDITOR! It only lights up after I go live! Been this way since introduced! Once we hit that button, we’re focused on the content, the production and our communities. Having to double back into settings is an easy step to miss. Let us get it right BEFORE the stream starts. I’m not losing sleep over $4, and chasing it down isn’t worth the time. But this is an avoidable issue that keeps costing creators even less now since KPP cut. JUST AS IMPORTANT: For the past 4 years I’ve emailed 3 total requests for fixes or improvements. Support requests, suggestions, ideas every one was addressed. Some of the current features/adjustments were from my suggestions "TRUE STORY. My emails no longer get replies.... I’ve been here since the beginning. A so called “KICK OG,” since apparently that label matters now. I’d still appreciate a response when I take the time to flag a problem and suggest a solution. I’m bringing it up publicly because reaching out privately is getting nowhere. Give us the option before we go live. I know kick has a small team but the frustration is building and many are leaving! Big changes are great but you can't overlook all the little broken things! All of us have a list. Thank you, Good night!

I know I'm giving this post more attention by sharing it, but there's 100% reason the comments are turned off! Reading the original post made me choke on my water LOL After 30 years in the tech industry, I can confidently say that Microslop Surface laptops have been some of the most frustrating devices I've dealt with. I've worked on them since the first generation, and the reliability, repairability, and overall value have consistently disappointed me. PLEASE don't trade in your MacBook for a Surface without doing your homework! Yes, Apple has its own problems, especially when it comes to upgrades and repairability. I'm not giving them a free pass. But in my professional experience, MacBooks have consistently delivered a better overall ownership experience. MicroSlop maKes sOme great(SHIT) software, but that doesn't automatically translate into great hardware. This is the indicator. Look at what they give us for OS In 2026, I expect better from a premium-priced laptop. Especially one carrying the Microsoft name. That's my opinion after years of actually servicing these machines, not just reading a spec sheet. @PcPhilanthropy @rednek_engineer
