For people to stay invested in a dizi long term I feel like the main couple need to have a slow burn love story. Then it needs to be "us vs the world" type of hurdle. But the cost of production and rating system make it difficult for the writers to . take things slow...
I'm honestly baffled that they're going with a kayzer reunion. Zerrin deserves so much better. The reason she is sleeping on a hospital bed is because her manchild ex put their daughter in danger...

#SevdiğimSensin has never been good at making fragman. We saw 4 minutes of a 2h+ episode. However , the whole premises of the episode are not good. The current storyline is quite frustrating
Did Erkan really look down on Dicle's family or did they never give him any reason to trust them? Ferman is an abuser. civan was an enabler, why would he want his sister with him. Derya wants him out without hearing his side++

++Erkan has faults too, he didn't properly protect Dicle from his family scheme and he was mean. However I don't like how the writers make it seems he never did anything out of love for her. The story is going nowhere. What are we watching??

So the trend, for the dizi this year, is to have men kidnap children ?
I understand why Serhat would want to have his daughter by his side, but you cannot create trauma for the child in order to heal your own.

The biggest threat to Dicle's life has always been Ferman. this new neighborhood prove that they can't protect her from him. Without Erkan being in Dicle's life, Derya wouldnt even know she has a sister. The writers need to think about another source of conflict

Based on all those info, I'd say that the only thing that can change the current system is the current cost of production. Just like Korea, Turkey would stop live production as it's too expensive, and pre-produce shows with a fixed number of ep per season and fixed storyline
Although I'm sure that the sample size for Korea changed since 2010, it's quite aligned with France and Turkey based on the number of inhabitants. American sample size is bigger but they have a bigger population.
So it seems that Turkish rating system is fair (so sad right now)
Well! French and Turkish ratings system are quite similar. The only thing France has on top is the "on the go " measurements. But the samples size are quite the same. So I guess we're really doomed with bad scenario changing every weeks and no continuity
The craziest thing is that the current scenario is not good. It destroys the set up of some of the characters we were introduced to. And I know that social media is not real life but I'm starting to think that the 4k devices do not reflect real life opinions as well
You cannot annonce the final of a show and think that the rating will miraculously go up. People think it's getting canceled. They will not tune it. You should have least have changed the day before canceling
The issue lies with the ratings system. They had to speed up the story and create some new twists to have better ratings but it killed the initial scenario.
Without the fear of the show being canceled they could have told the story as intended
I know I have yet to watch the previous episode but I couldn't have missed that much lol.
