We finished the term with a Year 9/10 girls' rugby festival at NETPAR, with Radclyffe entering a girls' side for the first time, joining Bluecoat, Crompton House, Newman & Radclyffe
Great rugby from all the girls, and thanks to the Oldham Sixth Form student who refereed.
Another brilliant evening of rugby! The standard of play was outstanding!
Congratulations to our winners Saddleworth and runners-up Bluecoat, who will represent Oldham at the NW Counties.
Next up is our final rugby event of the term: the Year 9/10 Girls event this Thursday.
What a fantastic evening of rugby last Wednesday! The standard was brilliant to see.
Well done to our winners Crompton House Black, who will now represent Oldham at the NW Counties. We wish them all the best!
Thank you to all eight schools for taking part!
Brian Clarke took on Cowley High from St Helens at NETPAR last night.
Cowley came out on top, but it was a fantastic effort from Brian Clarke. With only three rugby players in their side, they still scored three tries against a strong Cowley team.
Well done to everyone involved
