Never been to a Buc-ee’s.
Never plan on going to this one.
Buc-ee’s owner is a big Texas A&M donor. They ain’t getting my money.
In summary…get your gas at Love’s.
I can now finally confirm that we are in very active conversations with Buc-ee’s about their first location in Oklahoma City (and the State of Oklahoma), which will be located at Interstate 40 and Cimarron Road in West OKC.
There will be new infrastructure necessary to facilitate this project, and that aspect of the project is made possible by a partnership with the Oklahoma Department of Transportation. Relative to that work, the City Council today approved an agreement with ODOT and the development company associated with Buc-ee’s.
Though work lies ahead, we look forward to the opportunity to welcome Buc-ee’s to OKC!

It's no secret the Oklahoma Sooners are looking to improve their run game heading into 2026. How can they? The Sooners simply need to look to the past.
For my first Sooners Spotlight for Cover 4 Quarters, you knew I had to talk about the run game scheme:

I've spent the last few months unplugged from football, resting & recharging. I've learned a lot about myself and the life I want to pursue.
Today is the first step of my next journey. Welcome to Cover 4 Quarters: my content, my way. 🔗👇

Big thanks to @NateHybl for his insight. I’ve always wondered how he sees his Oklahoma legacy. His is a reminder that being a #Sooners QB carries more weight than people realize.

THE MOST ACTIVE PATTERN FOR TORNADOES SINCE 2011 AHEAD
A historically active April for severe weather and #tornado outbreaks appears possible this month across the central ant southern Great Plains. This active stretch will begin Friday/Saturday across the Texas Panhandle and southern Plains on Sunday, then ejecting northeast on Monday.
A train of large scale troughs are upstream fed by the positive North Pacific Oscillation that has persisted since 2023. Round after round of severe weather and tornadoes appears likely through much of the month of April 2026.
