We’ve been making Kente tiles using Adobe Express, to celebrate Black History Month. These tiles were traditionally made of fabric by people in Ghana. #TheOVWay #article7 #BlackHistoryMonthUK

We enjoyed another visit from our friends from OV Pride today. We helped to set up a new bug house and planted bulbs. This will not only make the area around our outdoor classroom look nicer, it will also increase biodiversity in our garden too! #TheOVWay #article28

We’ve been playing Nice or Nasty in Maths. Some of us were making numbers to 10,000 and some of us numbers to 2 decimal places. You can give your partner a digit card to try and make it harder for them to win! #TheOVWay #article28

We’ve been looking at the UNCRC (Rights of the Child) today and have decided which of the rights are especially relevant to school. We’ve thought about how children and adults will show respect for these rights and what that will look like in Class 9. #TheOVWay #article42

This term our DCF work focuses on stop motion animation, which makes characters like Wallace and Gromit move. We loved our first taste of this and are excited about our next lesson! #TheOVWay #article28
