DOLE Secretary Bello issued Department Order No. 226-2021, re procedure at the PHL Overseas Labor Office for validation of vaccine documents of fully-vaccinated OFWs in 57 “green list” countries/destinations. Such POLO validation will entitle OFWs to a 7-day hotel quarantine.
