I have never seen anything like that. Tehnically It's a tie, but this is absolutely a gut-wrenching loss. A blown lead. A second chance after a fumble and a horrendous decision at the end. There was one option if you wanted to waste time: Throw the ball away. But why not just have him spike it? You WIN if he makes the kick. My lord.
