To be honest, @UberNigeria @Uber_Support, you are becoming one of the most USELESS ride services in Nigeria. The way you treat customers is disgusting.
A vendor, Abdul Alim, booked an Uber driver, AONDOFA PHILIP, to deliver a laptop and 2 modems worth over half a million naira to a customer in a Lagos estate. What happened? The items were NEVER delivered. Yet Philip had the audacity to mark “Delivered” on the app and you still charged Alim ₦3,000 for the ride!
The moment this happened, Alim called the customer to confirm delivery, nothing was received. He called Philip, and the driver shamelessly admitted the items were with him but gave vague, shady answers on how he planned to return them.
The customer reported to Uber. What did Uber Support say? “Tell the account holder to contact us.” Alim emailed you you did NOTHING. He even went to @PoliceNG in Computer Village, they collected ₦5,000 from him, then demanded another ₦10,000 for “mobilisation” to get Philip. Still nothing.
After so much pressure, this driver had the nerve to tell them to come to some scary, life-threatening location to retrieve the items themselves. Is this how Uber and your drivers operate? Is this your definition of “service”?
If Uber was truly reputable, you would have handled the recovery, penalised that driver, and compensated your customer. But you did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Nigerians face this nonsense every day but many can’t speak out.
Enough is enough. Uber must REFUND Abdul Alim’s money, pay back every kobo spent recovering those items, and stop enabling drivers who rob customers in broad daylight. This is shameful.

In 2012, Adidas secured the title sponsorship of the Olympics for $150 million and thought they would overshadow Nike.
However, Nike used a brilliant strategy to outperform Adidas and dominate the Olympics.

Dear @fccpcnigeria, thanks for always looking out for Nigerian consumers. Please we have a very terrible ISP in Lagos that seems to be above the law. Imagine a service failure I reported last Wednesday, raised here on Friday with instructions from Hon. @bosuntijani, @NgComCommission, @ConsumersNCC, not a word from @fibernetng yet and the service is currently down.
Who did we offend in this country and how are companies like this allowed to continue oppressing Nigerians with terrible service seasoned with zero regards for customers?
Hon. Minister @bosuntijani I greet you wholeheartedly. Few days ago, I read with joy the fantastic initiatives you have taken to improve our communication sector since you assumed this office to represent the young Nigerians who are grinding hard to make legit money in this country.
Thank you, Chief. @NgComCommission please help!

I believe that when the appropriate team in your office as well as other agencies investigate them and maybe interview other customers of theirs, you will wonder how a company like this keeps operating as an ISP in Nigeria without proper sanctioning.
For the sake of all their customers who may not have the nerve or means to publicly call out @fibernetng's consistent inconsistency and recklessly nonchalant customer support, please help us straighten them up. Thank you, Chief.
