We all hope for a positive outcome.
However, this underlines once more that, when going into areas where no cell phone coverage is available, the use of a #PLB (Portable Locator Beacon) is a must.
Is your #life not worth a 200€ investment ?

Having a Personal Locator Beacon (PLB) is the best form of communication. In Australia a phone and VHF radio wont get too far and is of no help if you cant get to it. Carrying a PLB ATTACHED to you will help save your life. @OceanSignal @ACRARTEX
On last night's episode of #SavingLivesAtSea, kayaker Jeanette Holder showed just how important it is to wear a buoyancy aid and have a means of calling for help with you in an easy-to-reach place. rnli.info/TsAWqq
