Coal mining companies switch to EVs to cut diesel costs. Thousands of EVs deployed. China leads. Self-driving EV "trucks operate 24 hours a day hauling up to 90 tons of coal, stopping only for six minutes to swap out their batteries for a fresh set." wsj.com/world/asia/these-tru…

Physics is hard to visualize through static images alone, so I turned my 174 pages of high school physics notes into an interactive website. It covers mechanics, electricity, and magnetism, breaking down complex concepts into intuitive visualizations, real-world scenarios, and interactive problems. the old education system is like dead dead there's literally never been a better time in history to homeschool your kids with AI you can now just prompt it to create an entire curriculum for your kid, give lessons, generate interactive quizzes to see what they're actually learning, explain things in a hundred different ways until they understand, adapt the difficulty and pace to their progress, generate videos, etc etc you could probably give your kids a much better education in a fraction of the time they'd otherwise spend sitting in a classroom learning the same things at the same pace as 30 other kids and then spend all that extra time playing with them, exploring, doing sports, reading, traveling, whatever it's actually insane when you think about it

Unpopular opinion: homeschooling is going to keep growing because a lot of parents are realizing school doesn’t automatically equal education. If a child can learn faster, sleep more, avoid hours of busywork, and spend more time actually living… why is sitting in a classroom 7 hours a day treated as the only “normal” option? And before someone says “socialization” — have you met homeschool kids lately? Convince me traditional school is still the better default.

Our robots built this in the city of Almere: curved walls, different types of bricks and bonds, indented text. Real world deployment, insane complexity, 100% of every brick done by our robots, with another 15 houses to come in the coming weeks.

Amazing news! Texas Children's opens the nation's first detransition clinic. Now the hospital has to pay to help undo the damage. Under a $10 million settlement with Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton over billing Texas Medicaid for 'gender-transition' interventions, Texas Children's Hospital in Houston has opened what Paxton calls the nation's first detransition clinic. The hospital must fully fund the clinic's care for its first five years, so patients pay nothing. Services include endocrinology, surgery, primary care, fertility counseling, psychiatry, psychology, social work and case management, and speech pathology. billboardchris.com/news/2026…

I rented a Tesla Model 3 with HW 4 to be able to go to different places in Copenhagen, but also a bit outside Copenhagen to visit museums and so on. I also paid for FSD, just for three days.🤣 Just to give you an example, if you are renting a car with this technology, it relieves a lot of stress from traffic and unfamiliar rules, and it was perfect. That is a game changer as a tourist if you go to another city and book a car with this technology. I wish Tesla could offer a day pass for FSD in a near future for these occasion.

Good news. Mass production of “power-generating” windows that act as solar panels is scheduled to begin in 2029. Panasonic is already selling these game-changers in Osaka, Japan, and is speeding up large scale manufacture of them. japantimes.co.jp/business/20…

Elektrisches Fliegen.

Homeschool goes well. 8-yo is a machine. 11-yo has less focus. Both are going through 1-2 year of math per month. They spend 3-4 hours a day. Then they can do whatever they want. Will pull 5-yo in soon. Public school is child abuse for smart kids.
