Hi, Any inconvenience is regretted. Smart cards are not personalized. For online recharge of DMRC smart cards, passengers are advised to enter and verify their smartcard numbers very carefully during online recharge. Once the online payment becomes successful and a top-up has been created in DMRC system for the smartcard, it will be considered a "service rendered" to the passenger against that transaction. If the top-up is not availed in the smartcard within stipulated time, in such case the top-up amount will be non-refundable. Such information is available on our website delhimetrorail.com/faq-ticke….
