I can't reply in the thread, but yeah, that's probably the same 764. They're more known for CP but they also groom people to murder or suicide. They seem to be in every country in some way, and they are really disturbing.

This is what it came up with: In the surreal realm of digital combat, where the rules of reality bent to the whims of imagination, two mighty forces prepared for an epic confrontation. On one side stood Tomoe Umari, the horse-girl tomboy, her mane flowing like the banner of her UmArmy. Her troops, a fusion of horse and soldier, were armed with the relics of WWI US cavalry - bolt-action rifles, gleaming sabers, and trusty revolvers, along with a few horse-towed heavy weapons of the era like the Maxim gun dragged by their equine strength.
