And we’re launching Fairground Direct: qualified meetings with local businesses, booked directly to your calendar.
Main Street is open for business. Let’s get you in the door: fairground.run
Relationship tip: don’t watch the Nathan fielder movie & then do your best Nathan fielder impression for 30 mins when speaking to your gf.

Fake Index.
Scoring Kodiak higher on ODD, commercial partnerships, & safety isn't defensible by any facts.
1) ODD: Aurora's been driver out on public roads for 1.5 years & operates on 10 lanes, Kodiak is still offroad only.
2) Aurora has partnerships with 3 OEMs vs just Paccar for Kodiak. Aurora has more customer partnerships & sold 200 trucks for vs 100 for Kodiak for EOY 2026.
3) Aurora released its' public roads safety case & has been audited on it, Kodiak hasn't. The index claims to score FMCSA inspections which are 70 vs 14 to Aurora...
The markets have it at 25 : 1 for Aurora and the gap is widening day by day.
@gbrulte has Kodiak leading. Time do better.
Rank change in the Autonomous Trucks Index. @KodiakRobotics moves up to No. 1, from No. 2.

Checks notes.... these are the same ANTHROPIC employees who's RSUs have increased by 240x since 2022 🧐
ANTHROPIC SENDS SF STAFF HOME OVER SECURITY STRIKE CONCERNS
Anthropic told employees to work from home Monday and Tuesday after receiving notice that security workers could potentially strike.
However, the SEIU union representing those workers said no strike had been called or threatened.
Security staff are currently negotiating for higher wages, better healthcare and improved training.
The move comes as security concerns rise across the AI industry, with major companies increasing protections following reported threats against employees.
Kodiak's off-road launch & commercial strategy has been smart.
But this index is bad. It compares ODD and scores Kodiak ahead of Aurora, whilst Aurora is live on public roads and Kodiak is not.
The real index, is that Investors have the score as $14B for $AUR to $800m $KDK.
I have always held strong conviction in @KodiakRobotics' leadership position.
It is, of course, nice to see it confirmed in independent metrics like @RoadToAutonomy's Autonomous Truck Index.
Kodiak’s technology is deployed in 35 driverless trucks, as of June 30, the largest customer owned-and-operated fleet of semis in the world.

Ran a dilution analysis of $ZM ’s stake in Anthropic based on every public fundraise & Zoom’s SEC fillings:
Started with 1.11%, today they have <0.39%. Ie ~ $3.1bn stake in $800bn Anthropic.
Zoom is trading at $32bn, $22bn enterprise value.
16 P/E today & 17 forward P/E (ie no longer a growing SW business).
TLDR: Anthropic stake has already been priced in!

👋I interviewed Jim Ratcliffe yday.
Most of the coverage has, understandably, focused on a single word.
But, if I may say, the rest is well worth watching, whatever you think of Sir Jim.
On the fate of industry, UK politics, & Man U.
