Unpopular opinion: The biggest advantage of AI isn't that it makes developers faster. It's that it lets people who were never allowed into the room start building. That's a much bigger shift than most people realize.

I don't know what those 3 days were but it was a nice change for a while 😆 Otherwise today was not very productive day. Working on advertisement for MyChorito with ChatGPT. After 2 house of back and forth we settled on a small script and these next few days will be about creativity. Wish me luck. If you want to see the process, lets #connect !

Vibe coders, finish this sentence: "I knew my app was solving a real problem when ______." Not when you shipped it. Not when the AI finished writing the code. What actually convinced you that someone needed your product?

I'm not trying to become the next tech billionaire. I'm 36, building products after my 9–5, with a family to take care of. I want to build something of my own. Something that gives us more freedom and lets us live closer to the sea. Is anyone else chasing freedom rather than a fancy title?

You can only keep ONE AI coding tool for the next 12 months. A) Claude Code B) Codex No switching. No backup. Which one are you keeping, and what's the ONE thing that makes it better for your workflow?

Indie hackers, I'm curious: If you were launching a SaaS today, which payment provider would you choose? A) Stripe B) Lemon Squeezy C) Dodo Payments D) Something else And more importantly, WHY? I want to hear from people actually using them.

Unpopular opinion: AI didn't make building a startup easy. It made building a product easy. Those are two very different things. The code is no longer the biggest obstacle. Getting people to care is.

You have 6 months to build a profitable solo business. What do you choose? A) Build an app in a niche you understand B) Build an AI wrapper around a trending tool C) Find paying customers first and build for them D) Build an audience before launching anything What would you bet your own money on?

Building a business after your 9–5 is strange. You're too tired to work on your dream. But too afraid to quit your job. So you keep going. One evening at a time. Hoping that one day, all those evenings will add up to freedom.

I don't dream about becoming a billionaire. I dream about waking up on a Monday and deciding how to spend my day. Building my own products. Being there for my family. Living closer to the sea. That's the kind of wealth I'm chasing.

Vibe coding is creating a new problem. Before AI, people struggled to build their ideas. Now, people can build almost anything… And struggle to decide what is actually worth building. We solved one bottleneck. We exposed another.

When everyone has access to the same AI tools… What will separate successful builders from everyone else? Better prompts? Better coding skills? Or the ability to understand what people actually need? My bet is on the last one.

AI made building an app easier. It didn't make anyone want your app. You can ship in a weekend now. But finding 100 people who genuinely care about what you've built? That's still the hard part.

Unpopular opinion: The people who benefit most from AI won't necessarily be the best at using it. They'll be the ones who know which problems are worth solving. Tools are becoming a commodity. Good ideas aren't.

AI is making it possible for more people to build software. But here's the uncomfortable question: If everyone can build an app… What becomes the real competitive advantage? Distribution? Taste? Speed? Or understanding people better than everyone else?

I don't think everyone needs to build the next billion-dollar startup. Imagine building a tiny app that pays your bills. No investors. No employees. No meetings you don't want to attend. Just a product, your customers, and your time back. That sounds like success to me.

If you had 2 hours a day to build a business while working a 9–5… What would you focus on first? A) Building the product B) Talking to potential customers C) Growing an audience Curious what other solo builders think.

The hardest part of vibe coding isn't getting the AI to write the code. It's knowing what to build. And then finding people who actually want it. Building got easier. Finding customers didn't.

Honest question for solo founders: Would you rather build: A) A boring app making $3K/month consistently B) An exciting startup with a chance to make $1M/year I'm starting to think A is more underrated than people admit.
