Yesterday, APC Presidential Campaign Council's Women Mobilisation Directorate, led by Dr Betta Edu, paid a courtesy visit to Kaduna State Deputy Governor Dr Hadiza Sabuwa Balarabe ahead of the APC presidential campaign flag-off. The delegation included Senator Binta Masi Garba, Hon Scholastica Ben-Sor, Hon Elizabeth Ogenyi and Hon Ada Ode, and was accompanied by Hon Munira Suleiman Tanimu, Majority Leader of the Kaduna State House of Assembly.
Deputy Governor, H.E Balarabe chairs the Local Organising Committee for the APC PCC Kaduna flag-off. She urged the women delegations to keep up their mobilisation ahead of January 16th 2027.
Majority Leader Tanimu told the press in Hausa that women grassroots engagement is strong and assured victory for Tinubu-Shettima Ticket and Governor Uba Sani.
Dr Betta Edu assured that the reform phase is over and Nigerians are now "at the gate of prosperity" under a Tinubu second term. The Directorate aims to mobilise close to 40 million votes for Tinubu and Shettima in 2027 through door-to-door engagement with women in the 176,846 polling units, markets, communities, homes etc.

The APC is preparing for the 2027 election with undeniable seriousness, doing the kind of hard work you would expect from an opposition party, while the oppositions are behaving as if they were the incumbent. The APC will win, but the opposition will cry rigging instead of admitting that they never took the election seriously in the first place.
The only solution to this influx of fake products is to mandate by law that anyone found guilty of manufacturing them, along with their accomplices, be sentenced to life imprisonment or death by hanging. There is no difference between producing counterfeit goods and banditry.

An imported tomato paste product found at Bowa Market, Onitsha was carrying fake NAFDAC registration number belonging to a sachet water product.
This is one of the deceptive practices we are working to eliminate.
During a recent enforcement operation, NAFDAC officers discovered and intercepted the imported tomato paste, which falls under Nigeria's import prohibition.
Beyond violating import regulations, the misuse of a NAFDAC registration number is a deliberate attempt to mislead consumers into believing a product has regulatory approval.
