Siri is unimaginably terrible. It’s insane how badly Apple missed out on the AI race. They will never catch up. They’re gonna have to partner with one of the major companies if they want to improve that aspect of their user experience in any significant way.
The iPhone duo is perfect for Apple users who haven’t upgraded their phone in several years. That way you don’t have that nagging feeling in the back of your head nitpicking every little detail that isn’t up to par against the latest iPhone Pro Max model. and you can just enjoy the fun new user experience that only the duo can offer
I find it absolutely comical if you had the iPhone duo pre-ordered, watched all the negative reviews and then canceled your pre-order and now you can’t get it until January of next year, while all of retail starts getting theirs and tells you how fucking awesome it is.
that’ll be a nice lesson learned for you, won’t it?

I would estimate almost half the posts im shown on the TL have a community notes notification. I’m at the point where I just ignore those posts entirely because I’m tired of vetting the note to determine whether the entire post is a lie or it’s just correcting something innocuous about the post. That’s an actual detriment to the user experience that X shouldn’t want to incentivize. @CommunityNotes @elonmusk

At the gym tonight, there just so happened to be about 8 high school guys in the sauna.
The entire 15 minutes I was in there with them, the entire conversation was about Kalshi, Draftkings, and how the entire school is hooked.
How they get gambling tips from TikTok, what kids are losing the most, who is taking the most money from their parents to gamble, how they sneak their parents identity to get around age limits, etc...
Not to sound like that guy looking down on the younger generation but I had no idea how bad the online gambling situation was.
This isn't the first time either. Anytime I'm around high school kids, all they talk about is sports and gambling.
These online platforms really have that generation hooked and it's not going to lead to a good outcome.
