MLB Prediction: The Cardinals will win the division mostly because the NL Central is full of bad teams. They will lose in the first round of the playoffs once again. The front office will call the season a success and the fans will accept it.

9 years ago, my wife and I were in a bidding war for that building with the current owner (hotel next door) and we ended up in court. My recollection is that they promised the judge they were not going to demo the building. It sat there empty ever since. Hmm.

I need @nextstl to help me scream from the rooftops about the pending demolition permit for the old Bob Cassilly workshop at 2645 Lafayette. I assume they (the hotel next door) waited for ward six to be vacant before they tried to demo and now they’re gonna strike. Helpppppp

It's a heck of a time to be a sports fan in St. Louis. Even if you're not a sports fan, you gotta be excited for all the added positivity the teams bring to the city!! So many people visiting downtown St. Louis. I'm ecstatic to see how our city is growing. I'm here for all of it!
