A young boy was found cycling along the middle of the highway near Witeithie. He appears to have special needs and is unable to communicate clearly, making it difficult to establish his identity or where he comes from.
He and his bicycle are currently at Witeithie Police Station.
If you know him you can notify his parents/guardians to pick him up at Witeithie Police Station.

Tanzanian national Twaha Mwaipaya was reportedly abducted around 2 PM today in Kamulu, Machakos County, by individuals travelling in three vehicles.
This comes amid growing concerns over the targeting of political activists and opposition figures who have sought refuge in Kenya after fleeing persecution in their countries.
Kenya must not become a hunting ground for those escaping political persecution. Allegations of cross-border abductions and cooperation with foreign governments demand serious investigation and accountability.
No one should be abducted, forcibly disappeared or punished for speaking truth to power.
