Jana nimekuwa petrol station, a certain Shell. Hiyo masaa nilikuwa hapo, a certain guy with a Honda Insight came to fuel his vehicle. It was early in the morning, and the guy told the pump attendant aweke mafuta ya KSh 2,500. Unfortunately, the attendant pumped petrol worth KSh 5,000. The guy claimed that he had forgotten the pump was faulty, but the Honda Insight guy insisted that he would only pay for what he had ordered, that is KSh 2,500. It had to cause chaos. Now, who should be responsible for the loss? The Honda Insight guy, the petrol attendant, or should they share the cost to cover the loss?

A statue and memorial honoring Charlie Kirk outside Turning Point USA's Phoenix headquarters are vandalized just three days after the statue was unveiled to mark one-year since his assassination.
Bright red paint is smeared across the eight-foot statue, while a memorial featuring Kirk's photo and a Christian message referencing Jesus is also defaced.
"They think spray paint can obscure his legacy, but it will only spread it further," Erika Kirk writes in response to the vandalism.
Turning Point USA says it will restore the statue and replace the signs while working with law enforcement to identify those responsible.
