CHICO BEAN SAYS JAY-Z’S “TAKEOVER” IS A BETTER DISS TRACK THAN NAS’ “ETHER,” AND HE’S NOT BACKING DOWN
Chico Bean: “Takeover is a better song than Ether.”
Karlous Miller: “No, it ain't.”
Chico Bean: “Yes, it is.”
Chico Bean: “Nas, Takeover is it. And of course, we know this is just nostalgia, but to me, Takeover is a much better song than Ether.
Ether was just... it's like if I'm talking about you, and then you come back, 'Oh, you big-head, bald-in-the-front-head-ass nigga.' Man, you e-joked on him.
Takeover is, 'Oh my God! You went from Nas to Esco's trash. You had a spark when you started, but now you just garbage. You went from top 10 to not mentioning at all. Till your bodyguard, Gucci Wally, verses better than yours.'
Come on, man. Matter of fact, you had the worst flow on the whole fucking song.
Karlous Miller: But the way Nas came on Ether, that's what I'm saying. Before the shit even came on, the nigga said, 'I know you ain't talking about me.'”
Karlous Miller: “That shit hit deep, bro. I fuck with Nas. That nigga, man. Ether... 'Teach you the king you know you're not.' Man, all that's good. You know that's better than Takeover.”
Chico Bean: “Not to me.”
Karlous Miller: “I kick that shit to make your soul burn slow. That Ether, like, yeah, that's cool, but Takeover still whoop your ass.
Chico Bean: ''You 36 in the karate class.' Now, that was funny. That was funny!”

Doc Rivers tells Bill Simmons it was so hard for him to coach Giannis Antetokounmpo during his tenure with the Milwaukee Bucks:
“He’s not easy. He plays at this crazy downhill pace. He’s really a difficult guy. He has this great passing ability, but he doesn’t have a super-high IQ at the same time. He really has only one way of playing. Every play, he wants to force it. I wish he’d learned how to execute better.
“The thing he still needs to learn is the value of execution how important it is, when you’re in practice and at shoot around, to lock in on execution. Now he has a coach who’s as good as there is at execution.”

This is the difference between throwing punches and actually generating power. 🥊
The coach is teaching him to punch through the target, not just touch the mitt. Full shoulder rotation, proper body mechanics, and complete follow-through.
Power doesn’t come from the fist alone. It comes from how the entire body works behind the punch.
Don’t just throw the punch. Drive through it.
This is the kind of detail that separates arm punches from real power shots.

Kendrick Perkins FULL RESPONSE to Draymond Green 👀
“You’re not above criticism. The only time we mention his name these last few days is him doing something crazy…. You’re not the only person that knows how to be a anchor. There’s more thing to being an anchor than just hard fouls and being able to get ejected. He’s not been a great defender this year. — Why don’t you have a platform where you actually educate the audience on real basketball sh*t? You seem like a hurt person that uses your platform to go and hurt people. — I had a therapist. I grew from It. When are you going to grow from it? If you’re going to jump out there and be a leader, then you actually got to lead”

Draymond Green GOES IN on Kendrick Perkins for calling him a liability 👀
“I’m not even close to the player I once was. But Kendrick Perkins, the diffence between myself and big dummies like you is, I can think! When your body wasn’t the same no more or as athletic as you once were, it looked a little different for you because you weren’t the smartest basketball player”

Snoop Dogg explained in 80 seconds why men stopped approaching women.
Do men not shoot their shot anymore because social media turned dating into a simulation?
Snoop says yes, and his reason is better than the usual “phones ruined everything” take.
In his era, getting with someone took real effort. You had to look at her, talk to her, get her to like you, and know her parents and how she moved. You had to get involved before you could get involved.
Now it’s a couple of pictures and a couple of lines, and people expect something real from a few typed words.
The part I found most interesting is his point about texting. A text gives you what he’s typing, not what he’s saying. “You look good today” can read as sweet or creepy depending on the mood of the person reading it. Text has no tone, face or feeling to go with it.
Approaching someone in person is hard on purpose. It makes you learn to read people, handle a no, and become someone worth talking to. When you skip that, you also skip what it would have taught you.
What he calls the cheat code ended up costing men the skill.
