One final note in this thread: OOR Deputy Director Nathan Byerly has very capably served as deputy under every Executive Director (Mutchler, Arneson, Wagenseller). And he served (also capably) as Acting Director for about six months in 2015. cc: @GWR

Very interesting #RTKL opinion on what tax data is public. The Commonwealth Court just affirmed that cumulative tax data for more than 3 taxpayers is public. The Court also found that the requester and the agency could not raise new issues on appeal. pacourts.us/assets/opinions/…

I know @SenJohnBlake will do great things for economic development in NEPA. He will be greatly missed in the senate, in particular his efforts to improve the Right-to-Know Law and help the @OpenRecordsPA successfully fulfill its mission.

The OOR (@OpenRecordsPA) has updated the Official #RTKL Fee Schedule. The update establishes a new tier for paper copies starting at page 1,001 (setting the allowable charge at up to $0.20 per page instead of up to $0.25, which remains the rate for the first 1,000 pages).
