I liked someone's proposal to reduce the weight of a world premiere, by framing it as a first trial. The real 'premiere' is the first revision, where all of the lessons learned from the WP can be addressed and improved.
That revision needs as much attention as the WP production.

We bought our flat 40 years ago. The value of the flat remains the same: one home.
The valuation will be ludicrously higher (40-fold?), but this is a totally theoretical 'gain' as we will never sell it.

Your excellent overview of how everything evolved, was structured and planned does raise my hopes.
The election result is already a major inspiration. If a workable government comes out of these roots, it will be a beacon of hope not just for Serbia, but much more widely.

A friend in Paris had a balcony this wide. They had a table permanently filling the full width, and the diners reached their seats through separate French windows to either side. Genius.

It's five times as high in winter
Sounds better than a four-fold increase, or a 400% increase

The stats on the summer/ winter direct sunlight were very impressive, a fivefold increase in winter (I prefer n-fold to percentages as it is more .. 'visceral'?)
